Bike Trip... Bangalore to Hyderabad... Kickstart as a traveler...

Hi guys,

Here what I’ve to tell about my amazing trip from Bangalore to Hyderabad.
I always loved this road, it’s simple and beautiful. Actually, I had planned to
Have my trip during Christmas, but due to some uncertainty I couldn’t.
My bike and back pack was ready longtime back. Road map I had already
downloaded from Google. I had lot of study of the road,
road conditions, etc,

At last, I had decided to leave on 4th Jan 2012.

The D Day arrived…………………

I left my home, early morning at 5:30; I was very much excited as it was my first trip on
National Highway that to alone. I had fueled my bike a night before, so smoothly I passed
Mekhri circle & Hebbal flyover. Road was well known as, it was my regular college route.
The problem started near Yelahanka, as there are many deviations due to construction of
express flyover, it was dam difficult to manage those deviations, as it was dark and no
street lights. At 6:30 the sun began to spread its light and my bike roared and flew at the
speed of 95kmph, till that time it was hard to even touch 80kmph. Road was smooth and
weather was chilled, which gave me a thrill….. My excitement was boosted up.

EMERGENCY CALL BOOTH ON NH7

After completing 100kms, I parked my bike near a SOS PC (they are for emergency purpose,
they are available till 100-150kms from city, both Bangalore and Hyderabad). My bike
needed such breaks. Had breakfast which my mom had packed for me, then continued my ride.
The scenery was beautiful. The next stop was near ravanpalli, it was beautiful place with
Good people. I had tea there rested for half an hour and then continued my ride.

STOP AT RAVANA PALLI.

After my second Stop, I increased my speed to 105kmph. The ride became more enjoyable,
the road just passing away, Overtaking trucks, buses & tractors it was a lot fun. Toll booths were
there, but it didn't  matter a lot as there was free way for bikers.
At some beautiful places, I stopped my bike to take Snaps of that locality.
I found A1 restaurant on my left to be closed, but to my luck I found the other A1
restaurant on the right hand side to be open, it was somewhere near Gooty it’s quite far from the
1st one, but I managed to reach there by 10:30 a.m. I got freshen up at that place & moved on.
My next stop was near Kurnool, 190km away from Hyderabad. My bike had cum to reserve,
so I decided To stop and rest for a while at the petrol station and then fuel my bike. After that stop I reduced my speed to 70kmph, which also reduced my spirit and made ride boring.
I stopped my bike at a bus shelter which looked like a resting place especially for travelers like me.
Then continued my ride @ 100kmph and reached Hyderabad  till 2p.m.

STOP AT A1 RESTAURANT.

WAITING TO FILL PETROL NEAR KARNOOL.

TOTALLY TIERD, 100 KM HYDERABAD.

ALMOST THERE!!!!!!!

RETURNING JOURNEY (END OF THE EXCITING TRIP).

I left my room around 6:00 A.M, filled my beast’s tank with fuel and started my journey. There was heavy traffic jam in that area at 6:30 a.m (unbelievable ri8?), it was due to the area being a transport hub of Hyderabad, just like khalasi palya of Bangalore. I went along the exp flyover to reach highway, reached highway at 7:30 a.m. . . . This   time there was not much excitement present, but happy I was half way of successfully completing my trip. My first stop was at hotel at jedhchela, had a nice breakfast and osim tea. After jedhchela, I began searching 4 places to fill air pressure in bike’s tire, but I must say it is one of the toughest job to do on highway as petrol station doesn’t have the facility of filling tire pressure. It was near Kurnool I got to fill it. After that, I began flying my beast @ 100kmph and it was gr8 fun. Later stopped at few places in between but nothing much to tell about. At 12: 20 I again reached A1 restaurant, this time I spent longer time at this place, had lunch observed the beauty around and the continued my journey. After this it was not so continuous journey, but the experience was good I had bought berries near one of the toll gate. At 2 P.M I stopped at another favorite spot raavana pali, there I had the osim tea, biscuits which I had purchased, had nice chat with people around. At last end of my trip, reached Bangalore at 5:30 P.M…, this was a long journey due to excitement….

Off  to  home….
